Susan has been in practice since 1994. Since 1998, she has devoted herself to the representation of healthcare providers in state and federal courts, in birth-related neurological injury claims before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, and in the Department of Health Professions. She studied philosophy and political science at the Pennsylvania State University, where she was a four-year Renaissance Scholarship recipient. Susan then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she sought out and excelled in coursework and activities related to trial and appellate advocacy. When not practicing law, Susan enjoys relaxing on Smith Mountain Lake.
